  • Suitable for the green gym-goer wanting to learn, or the more experienced needing form evaluation or just wanting to have a hard training session

  • 1:1 Coaching Packages available at additional costs. Includes ‘Online Coaching’ services with in-person training.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Competition Prep

  • Customised Training Program based on individuals strong/weak points, lifestyle, and experience

  • Tailored Nutrition Plan - Macro/Calorie targets or Meal Plans based on personal preferences and lifestyle

  • Nutritional planning for all phases of Competition Prep including the peak week nutrition, show day nutrition, and post-show recovery phase

  • In-depth weekly online check-ins for managing progress and ensuring accountability

  • In-person check-ins closer to the show date (if possible)

  • Show day support (Predominantly local to Coach)

  • Fortnightly optional phone calls

    *It is highly recommended that comp prep coaching commences a minimum of 25 weeks prior to show day, but varies depending on the individual.
