Hi, I’m Dylan! I am the Head Coach and founder of Simplified Transformations. I first stepped foot into a gym back in 2008, a 17-year-old who was not blessed with the best physical genetics or sporting talent throughout my adolescence. You could say I was a chubby individual, who was reminded of it for most of his high school years by his peers. After hitting my very first gym session, I was hooked! Straight out of high school I remember at the interview for my first full-time job, I was asked what I wanted to spend my first pay on (weird question to ask but whatever) and replied that I would spend it on a gym membership which became the best investment I have ever made.

In 2012 I completed my certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness, which qualified me to be a Personal Trainer. Although it took me 8 years to pursue this passion, I eventually dived into the unknown and quit my secure full-time job during peak pandemic times to become a full-time Coach. It was the best decision I have ever made, as this career has allowed me to help countless individuals achieve some epic goals and transformations. Additionally, I am also an Accredited Sports Nutritionist with SNA, an ICN Natural Physique Competitor (recently placing 2nd in the state, and 3rd in the country), and my proudest achievement to date is becoming a Dad.

I am a strong advocate of practicing what I preach and leading by example. There is not a program, plan, or exercise I would prescribe for someone that I would have not tried, or not willing to do myself. I provide coaching methods with an evidence-based approach, as well as practices applied through my training and dieting experience from over 10+ years.
